Al San Michele is located in the heart of the historic center of Stresa, one of the most charming spots on Lake Maggiore. The establishment is nestled in a peaceful area, at the beginning of a picturesque cobblestone street next to the ancient San Michele Chapel, just a few minutes’ walk from beaches, shops, restaurants, and the dock, which serves as the departure point for boat trips to the famous Borromean Islands.
A delightful walk leads to Villa Pallavicino, set within a magnificent park that also houses various animals. Nature enthusiasts and outdoor lovers can explore numerous bike trails and hiking paths, while the surrounding mountains provide a breathtaking backdrop and are easily accessible.
The establishment, an old house that has been renovated, is not suitable for children or individuals with disabilities due to limited space. Additionally, pets are not allowed.
Although there is no private parking available, the property is just a short distance from the lakeside, where both free and paid parking options can be found. Guests traveling with their bicycles can book rooms 1 or 2, which offer secure storage for them. Please inform us of this need at the time of booking.
