HOSPITALITY EXCHANGE

Mutual exchange of hospitality for vacations and to build friendships. I run a B&B and offer an open space with two double beds and a separate breakfast area that complies with anti-COVID measures, independent from the rest of the house. There is a private bathroom and parking available in an internal courtyard; the property is located in a rural courtyard dating back to the late 1800s. The ceiling features barrel vaults and a wall with exposed stones. I am open to exchanges with any region in Italy.

The property

I have an open space available with two double beds. It features underfloor heating, an entire facade with exposed river stones, a bathroom, and a kitchen for breakfast only. There is parking in an internal courtyard. It is separate from the rest of the residence, providing a contactless experience to ensure safety against COVID. There is a rich and affordable grocery store, Rossetto, just 1 km away. The property dates back to the late 1800s but has been restored while preserving much of its original charm. It was once part of an agricultural courtyard from the 1900s, intended for the laborers of the noble Venetian Counts Zurla, whose villa is still located 500 meters away. We are 15 to 20 minutes by car from the center of Verona and also about the same distance from Lake Garda; situated in the heart of Valpolicella, it is ideal for tasting or purchasing excellent wine.
