Private room with small private bathroom in flat where the 2 owners live. The room and bathroom overlook a BRIGHT 35 square metre living room and are not connected. The location is adjacent to the centre, connected by tram, bus and metro, but you can go on foot. The Colosseum is just over two km away (taking the route we tell you) Termini station 1. 9 km.
The windows look out onto a "no car area" that during the day hosts a local market and at night turns into a busy nightlife. There is double glazing but some noise can be heard. Breakfast is complete but small and with pre-packaged products.
It is NOT PERMITTED for guests to use the kitchen but fridge and microwave oven are available. Smoking is not allowed, but a cigarette in the evening by the window is permitted.
