We are located in the countryside, just 10 minutes from the historic center of Pitigliano, surrounded by a property of about 3 hectares cultivated with olive trees. The apartment within our estate is meticulously maintained and features two double bedrooms, two full bathrooms with showers, a living room with a fireplace, as well as a porch and a private garden equipped with a table, benches, loungers, sunbeds, and a barbecue. There is also covered private parking available.
We have lived in this house for over 30 years, and we cherish the tranquility, nature, and animals. We cultivate a large organic garden enriched with various aromatic herbs. We have a deep connection to the Maremma, with all it has to offer: history, culture, archaeology, thermal baths, and the sea.
Our location is ideal for exploring the Cities of Tufo, such as Pitigliano, Sorano, and Sovana, and we are also close to the thermal baths of Sorano and Saturnia. In less than an hour, you can reach the sea, and Lake Bolsena is just 30 minutes away. It is necessary to have a means of transportation to fully enjoy the beauty of the area.
