The property

The House of Memories is steeped in personal history and tradition. Originally built in 1968 by my grandparents, Ezio and Luciana, it retains the charm of that era with its original furnishings and distinctive wallpaper. Ezio, a respected figure in the community and a partisan, was a knight of labor and a tax assessor in Modena, as well as the president of ANPI. Luciana, a member of parliament, was a passionate feminist and politically active.

Currently, the house is undergoing renovations, starting with the bathrooms, which clearly show signs of age. It’s important for guests to be aware that some areas of the house may seem outdated, as the renewal process will be gradual.

The house features two bathrooms: the Pink Bathroom, equipped with a bidet and bathtub, usually reserved for the pink room, and the Green Bathroom, which has a shower and is shared between the beige room and my personal room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, glasses, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, various pots, and a coffee machine, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Please note that the apartment does not have air conditioning, and the central heating is turned off from April 15 to October 15, with no possibility of activation during these months.
