Masseria Murgia Albanese

Murgia Albanese is a historic farmhouse located in the Noci area, resulting from a meticulous 18th-century renovation of a structure originally built in the 17th century. For over a century, this farmhouse has been in our family, serving as a country house and summer residence while still fulfilling its original role as a livestock farm, with an ongoing dairy cattle operation. Since 2001, we have decided to share our home and its history with a select number of guests, preserving the original furnishings while adding the necessary modern comforts.

The rooms, thoughtfully decorated with respect for tradition, come equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, and free Wi-Fi in common areas. Breakfast, made with fresh products from our farm, includes freshly milked milk, homemade jams, cakes, cookies, cereals, fruit juices, yogurt, and, upon request, savory items. It is also a perfect opportunity to receive information and tips about the surrounding area's attractions.

I am Elisabetta, known as Baba, and together with my mother Fiorella, we manage Masseria Murgia Albanese. In addition to taking care of the farmhouse, I work as a decorator, and my partner Claudio and I also engage in restoring wall paintings and decorated ceilings. Claudio and I have also developed a passion for cultivating our garden.

The farmhouse is situated 8 kilometers from Noci, a charming village famous for its gastronomic excellence, and just 20 kilometers from Alberobello and the Itria Valley. Its strategic location, halfway between the Ionian and Adriatic seas, makes it an ideal starting point for exploring much of the region.
