The property
We are delighted to welcome you to our charming beach villa. Here, you will find a comfortable, stylish, and highly functional environment, perfect for unwinding. You can prepare delicious breakfasts for your children and try your hand at creating wonderful dinners for your friends. Our residence is located just 10 meters from the sea, nestled in a beautiful bay (Baia Paradiso), featuring a sandy beach with pebbles and lifeguard services during the summer season.
The house is surrounded by two gardens and includes double parking. It can accommodate up to 4 guests and consists of an elegant open space on the ground floor and a master bedroom upstairs. On the ground floor, you will find a courtyard with an outdoor lounge and a spacious hot water shower; the open space contains a seating area with an extra-large sofa bed, a 60-inch TV (with Netflix and Prime Video included), a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large island. Additionally, there is a cozy indoor garden with a laundry area and an outdoor dining space. There is also a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower on the ground floor.
On the first floor, the master bedroom features a 24-inch TV, a walk-in closet, and a safe, along with a large balcony offering a sea view where you can listen to the soothing sound of the waves. The residence also provides Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, and air conditioning. Completely renovated and furnished in March 2020, it is only 1.6 km from the beautiful historic center of Termoli. We are here to provide recommendations on activities to enjoy and the best places to savor a good cocktail or a delicious dinner.
We are excited to introduce you to the "Molise that doesn’t exist." If you are a Padel enthusiast, there are numerous private courts nearby. For sports lovers, we can recommend nearby crossfit gyms or golf courses. The property is equipped with smoke detection systems (carbon monoxide) and a first-aid kit.
Talking about Termoli is truly a pleasure. For us, hospitality is our hallmark. Rossella, my partner, has been dedicated to welcoming guests for over 20 years, and she has now passed this passion on to me. Together, we are redefining the rules of hospitality, aiming to make you feel at home, like among friends. We will tell you about our beautiful Termoli, our culture, history, beaches, and, last but not least, our cuisine. Upon request, we organize on-site cooking classes or dinners with a private chef. For stays longer than 15 days, we offer a free cooking class for two (valid for June, July, and August). We will provide tips and advice for tours in our Molise. Our property is located south of the city, literally right by the beach of Baia Paradiso. In the early morning, you can spot herons and other birds on the beach: Baia Paradiso is a true paradise for birdwatchers. It often becomes a photography set for enthusiasts and professionals alike. The sandy and pebbly beach is only 1.6 km from the historic center of Termoli. Near the villa, you can easily access shopping centers and various services.
