For over 16 years, I have provided a warm and homely welcome, making every stay a unique experience. We live in the adjacent apartment and are always available for advice and conversations about Matera and its treasures. The breakfast, which includes pastries, focaccia, milk rolls, single-serving cookies, tea, exquisite herbal infusions, compostable coffee capsules, yogurt, juices, butter, and jams, will be ready for you in the studio, allowing you to enjoy it at your leisure, in complete relaxation.

Our studio offers me the chance to meet people from around the world, share stories and cultures, and suggest the best itineraries to discover Matera and its surroundings. I love my city, and I would be delighted to provide you with the right tips to organize your visit, even if it spans several days, and recommend agencies for guided tours.

The property is located just outside the Sassi, specifically in the Matera Sud area, at the entrance to Sasso Caveoso. Beneath the B&B, you will find convenient free parking, ideal for leaving your car and exploring this beautiful city on foot. In less than 300 meters, you can reach Sasso Caveoso from Via Casalnuovo, and with a walk of under a kilometer, you will immerse yourself in the charm of the historical center. Nearby, you'll find shops, a tobacco store, a pharmacy, a mini-market, a bakery, and much more, with friendly staff always ready to meet your needs.
