Surrounded by the greenery of the hills and overlooking the sea, the villa has a large green area and offers free private parking.

The local beaches are among the most beautiful in Liguria: Spotorno, with its gulf and the island of Bergeggi, and Noli, a historic maritime republic and one of Italy's most charming villages, where fresh fish can be purchased directly on the beach. Varigotti is known for the famous Malpasso beach and the Bay of the Saracens, while Finale Ligure boasts some of the region's most enchanting promenades and beaches.

The area is ideal for nature and sports enthusiasts, with numerous trails for trekking, mountain biking, and rock climbing. Recommended excursions include the Pilgrim’s Path, the Alta Via, and the ancient Roman road Julia Augusta. Nearby, the Manie Plateau offers a world-renowned mountain biking trail.
