Our establishment is located on the most beautiful and historic street in Sondrio, next to a lively square featuring fountains, benches, green areas, and play spaces for children, as well as ice cream shops and stores. On Wednesday and Saturday mornings, you can enjoy a diverse market right outside the apartment. Transportation options, including trains, buses, and taxis, are conveniently located just across from the property. Despite the central location, the area remains quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful rest. The rooms, with their large windows, provide beautiful natural light that enhances the vibrant atmosphere of the city and the surrounding mountains.
Thanks to its strategic location, the apartment is well-connected to all local services, offices, and attractions, including the renowned ski resorts of Valtellina. The interiors are spacious and have been recently renovated, featuring large sunny balconies perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the property is affiliated with a restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast and, upon request, opt for a half-board package that includes lunch as well.
We pay special attention to the sanitization of the spaces: we use an ozone machine to purify the air before and after your stay, and high-temperature dry steam cleaning (+185°C) for surface cleaning, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
