My five properties are already present on social media. However, I need an update for the photographs and social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), as well as for the existing websites that require renewal. I request one person to work, rather than two (one to work and one to accompany), so that we can better manage the stay at the property. Accommodations are in the city of Catanzaro, NOT at the Lido.

The property

This newly built property is located in a small three-story building that contains six apartments. Its strategic position is just 100 meters from the Lungomare of Catanzaro Lido and the marina, and 150 meters from the beach. Nearby, there is convenient public parking available. The rooms, each with a private bathroom, provide modern comforts such as a 32-inch smart TV with internet access. The bathrooms are equipped with either a bathtub or a shower, and a shared kitchen is available for guests.

Every area is air-conditioned, including the kitchen and dining room, with a central heating system to ensure comfort throughout the year. Situated on the second floor, the property features spacious balconies: three rooms offer a beautiful sea view, while one overlooks the inner courtyard with glimpses of the sea. Additional amenities include mosquito nets and double-glazed windows, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay.
